Dumlu

On April 4, 1953, Dumlupınar Submarine, returning from a NATO exercise, collided with the Swedish freighter Naboland. One officer, 8 petty officers and 13 enlisted men managed to lock themselves in the aft torpedo room of the submarine. 


In 1950, Affan Captain was the captain of the team that received the Dumlupınar Submarine from the USA. There is a unity of destiny with the submarine, Affan, who is respected by his soldiers, has a very difficult leadership task.


The film Dumlu is about 22 people who come face to face with death, then keep themselves ready to survive, and then have to accept death in order not to be dehumanized by the polluted air. 
This is the story of a commander who tries to keep them alive through leadership.
